Before opening his own practice, John Burns was a partner at two of the region's largest law firms, Waller Lansden and Baker Donelson, where he honed his skills as one of the region's authorities on complex asset protection and high-level wealth management strategies. The father of twins, John and his wife, Rebecca, are active in local civic activities, and when not at home, can be found traveling or on their Alabama farm.
